Refund policy
30-day return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To make a return, contact us at orders@schmetzneedles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us for any return questions at orders@schmetzneedles.com.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
- Industrial needles cannot be returned or exchanged if the original SCHMETZ seal on the plastic container is broken or missing.
- Special-order industrial needles cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After inspection, you’ll be refunded your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
